Our History
IDMA Paper, part of the Ashour Group, is a fourth-generation family business founded in 1926 with a strong legacy in Egypt’s printing and packaging industry. Established by Ashour Ahmed and now led by Mostafa and Mohamed Ashour, the group operates nine factories with over 700 employees, reflecting decades of growth, innovation, and investment. Since launching IDMA Paper in 2021, the group has intensified its focus on sustainability, developing environmentally friendly packaging solutions. The company is committed to reducing its environmental footprint by using recycled materials, recycling waste whenever possible, and offering eco-friendly, cost-effective products. Its portfolio includes tailored recyclable paper products, paper bags, corrugated protection materials, labels, and customized printed solutions.
